Whether leading a large multidisciplinary team or operating independently as a FIFO service technician, he is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to technical excellence.

Shane is a seasoned mechanical specialist with over 14years of experience in maintenance, fabrication, and manufacturing. Most recently having spent eight years leading a specialized anti-corrosion equipment service firm, he has a proven track record of delivering solutions for high-stakes industries like mining, mineral refining, HVAC, pharmaceutical and food & beverage. A versatile leader, Shane combines hands-on technical skill with high-level expertise in project management, sales, quoting, work scoping and international quality standards.

 John brings a unique dual perspective to our team, starting his career as a pharmaceutical chemist before transitioning into high-level technician roles, and eventually a trade qualification in fitting and turning. This blend of scientific theory and hands-on expertise has seen him specialising in a number complex systems, including GMP pharma  processes, water treatment, and hydraulics as well as engineering manufacture and service in aerospace,mining and rail. John’s diverse skill set ensures our clients receive expert-level care, with a strong focus on quality.
